Terms of Service

Last updated: August 15, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your download, access to, and use of the ZShooter Android game, its cloud-save features, related website pages, and associated services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Ullash Studio, Dhaka, Bangladesh (“Ullash Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By installing, accessing, or using ZShooter, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ZShooter is an ad-supported game. It includes optional rewarded advertisements, Google Play Games sign-in, and Firebase-based account and cloud-progress features.

1. The Service

ZShooter is a single-player action game in which players fight enemies, earn scores and virtual coins, unlock weapons, and save eligible progress. The Service may include online sign-in, cloud synchronisation, advertisements, leaderboards, or other Google Play Games features when available.

An internet connection, a compatible Android device, Google Play services, and a Google account may be required for some features. You are responsible for any device, internet, or mobile-data charges associated with your use of the Service.

2. Eligibility and Minors

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are a minor under the law applicable to you, you may use ZShooter only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. The game is not directed to children under 13, and users must also comply with the age requirements of Google Play, their Google account, and the content rating shown on the ZShooter store listing.

A parent or legal guardian who permits a minor to use the Service is responsible for the minor’s use of the Service and compliance with these Terms.

3. Accounts and Sign-in

ZShooter may use Google Play Games Services and Firebase Authentication to sign you in and create or manage a ZShooter cloud identity. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for activity performed through it. Do not share passwords, verification codes, or other account credentials with us or with other people.

Player names and identifiers supplied by Google Play Games may be associated with ZShooter progress in Firebase. Your Google account and Google Play Games profile are provided and controlled by Google under Google’s own terms. Deleting your ZShooter cloud account does not delete your Google account or Google Play Games profile.

4. Gameplay and Cloud Progress

ZShooter may store information such as best score, total coins, enemies defeated, weapon ownership, selected weapon, and related game progress locally and/or in Firebase. Cloud synchronisation depends on network availability, successful sign-in, and third-party services. We use reasonable efforts to support cloud progress, but we do not guarantee that every save, synchronisation, restoration, or transfer will always succeed.

You should not deliberately interrupt, modify, falsify, or manipulate save operations. Progress obtained through cheating, exploitation, unauthorised software, or fraudulent activity may be corrected, removed, or reset.

5. Virtual Coins and Items

Coins, weapons, rewards, scores, and other game items are virtual features licensed for use only within ZShooter. They are not money or property, have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be sold, transferred, traded, or used outside the Service.

Virtual items may be earned through gameplay or eligible rewarded-ad interactions. We may adjust virtual-item values, availability, balance, or functionality when reasonably needed for gameplay, security, technical, or legal reasons. We will not knowingly remove earned progress arbitrarily, but technical errors, account deletion, data corruption, policy enforcement, or service changes may affect virtual items.

6. Rewarded Advertising

ZShooter may offer optional rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. Ad availability, content, loading, completion reporting, and geographic eligibility are controlled partly by third-party advertising systems and are not guaranteed. A reward is granted only when the advertising service reports that the applicable completion requirements have been met.

You must not use automated tools, repeated artificial interactions, click manipulation, modified software, or any other method intended to generate invalid advertising traffic or obtain rewards dishonestly. We may withhold or reverse rewards connected to suspected invalid or fraudulent activity.

Information about advertising-related data and privacy choices is available in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, through the consent or privacy controls presented in the game.

7. Limited Licence

Subject to these Terms, Ullash Studio grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use ZShooter on compatible devices for private, non-commercial entertainment.

ZShooter and its code, gameplay systems, characters, artwork, animation, audio, text, design, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Ullash Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly exploit, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

If you discover a vulnerability or serious exploit, please report it privately using the contact information below and do not misuse or publicly exploit it.

9. Third-party Services

ZShooter integrates services supplied by Google. Their availability and operation are outside our complete control, and your use of them may be governed by additional terms and privacy policies. Relevant resources include:

We are not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions, advertising availability, or changes made by third-party providers, except to the extent required by applicable law.

10. Privacy and Account Deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how ZShooter and its service providers process information. It forms part of these Terms for matters concerning privacy and data handling.

You may request deletion of your ZShooter cloud account and associated data through the in-game deletion pathway or the public ZShooter Account and Data Deletion page. We may take reasonable steps to verify that a request relates to the correct player before deleting data. Deletion is permanent and may remove cloud progress, virtual coins, scores, and unlocked items. Details about deletion scope and limited retention are provided on the deletion page and in the Privacy Policy.

11. Updates and Availability

We may provide updates to improve security, compatibility, performance, gameplay, or legal compliance. Some updates may be required to continue using online features. Device and operating-system compatibility may change over time.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent availability of any advertisement or online feature, or compatibility with every device.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using ZShooter at any time and may request deletion of your ZShooter cloud account as described above. Uninstalling the game alone may remove local data but does not necessarily delete cloud data.

We may restrict or suspend access to online features when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, investigate fraud or abuse, comply with law or provider requirements, or address a serious violation of these Terms. Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we will provide notice or an opportunity to contact us.

13. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make warranties that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, or that cloud progress will never be lost. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ullash Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of game progress, virtual items, data, or access caused by outages, device failure, unauthorised modifications, or third-party services.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or other non-excludable rights under applicable consumer law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, you and Ullash Studio should attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through the contact address below. Subject to applicable law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to ZShooter, third-party services, law, or our practices. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Where required by law or where a change materially affects users, we will provide additional notice through the game, website, store listing, or another appropriate method. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
