Delete Your ZShooter Account and Data

This page lets ZShooter players initiate deletion of their ZShooter cloud account and the associated data controlled by Ullash Studio. You do not need to reinstall or open the Game to submit a request from this page.

What We Delete

After verifying that the request relates to the correct player profile, we will delete:

• the Firebase Authentication record associated with the ZShooter player;
• the Firebase user identifier, stored Google Play Games player identifier, and stored display name;
• account creation and last-login timestamps;
• best score, total coins, and total zombies defeated; and
• owned weapons, selected weapon, and other ZShooter cloud-progress data.

What May Remain

• A minimal record of the deletion request and completion may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
• Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected service-provider backups and will be removed according to the provider's retention cycle. Google states that certain Firebase Authentication backup data may take up to 180 days to be removed after deletion begins.
• Data controlled independently by Google, including your Google account, Play Games profile, and Google advertising data, is not deleted by Ullash Studio. You can manage those items through your Google account and Android privacy settings.
• Local data remaining on your device can be removed by clearing ZShooter's app data or uninstalling the Game.

Submit a Deletion Request

Complete the fields below. Selecting the request button opens a pre-addressed email in your device's email application. The form does not automatically transmit or store the entries on this website.

No password required: Ullash Studio will never ask for your Google password, verification code, payment information, or device PIN to process a deletion request.

Verification and Processing

1. Send the generated email to Ullash Studio.
2. We may reply requesting limited information needed to locate and verify the correct player profile.
3. After successful verification, we will process the deletion request generally within 30 days.
4. We will send confirmation when the account data under our control has been deleted.
