Privacy Policy for ZShooter

Effective date: August 15, 2026  |  Last updated: August 15, 2026

Ullash Studio ("Ullash Studio," "we," "us," or "our") provides ZShooter, an advertising-supported Android game (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the Game, why it is processed, how it is shared, and the choices available to you.

Summary: ZShooter uses Google Play Games Services for player sign-in, Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore for account and game-progress storage, and Google AdMob to provide rewarded advertisements. We do not sell your personal information for money.

1. Information We Process

Google Play Games and account identifiers

When you sign in through Google Play Games Services, the Game may receive a scoped Play Games player identifier and your Play Games display name. ZShooter does not receive or store your Google password. Depending on your Google and Play Games settings, Google may process additional account, device, authentication, and service-usage information under Google's own privacy terms.

Firebase account and game-progress data

To authenticate players, restore progress across sessions, and operate the Game, we may store the following information in Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore:

Some preferences and gameplay information may also be stored locally on your device.

Advertising and technical data

ZShooter uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to load and display rewarded advertisements. The SDK may automatically collect or share information such as your IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, advertising or other device/account identifiers, app launches, taps, ad views, diagnostic information, device information, and interactions with advertisements. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, age-related settings, and Google's policies.

Diagnostics and logs

When an error occurs, the Game and its service providers may process diagnostic information such as device model, operating-system version, app configuration, timestamps, IP address, crash or error details, and performance information. We use this information to maintain security, diagnose problems, and improve reliability.

2. How We Use Information

We process information to:

3. Service Providers and Sharing

We use the following Google services, which process information according to their own terms and privacy documentation:

Service Purpose Privacy information
Google Play Games Services Player authentication and Play Games profile features Google Privacy Policy
Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore Authentication, cloud storage, synchronization, and restoration of progress Privacy and Security in Firebase
Google AdMob Rewarded advertising, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and diagnostics How Google uses information from partner apps

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the Game, to investigate fraud or security issues, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not permit Google Play Games data to be used by us for advertising purposes.

4. Advertising Choices and Consent

Where required, ZShooter will request consent or present privacy choices before requesting ads. You may be able to review or change applicable choices through the privacy-options entry provided in the Game. You can also manage or delete your Android advertising ID through your device's privacy or ads settings. Changing these settings does not necessarily remove all advertising, but it may affect personalization.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performing the service requested by you, your consent (including where required for personalized advertising or device storage), our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Game, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent through the available privacy controls, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

6. Data Retention

We retain account identifiers and cloud game-progress data while needed to provide ZShooter and maintain your player profile. When a verified deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymize the associated data that we control unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period and are deleted according to the relevant service provider's retention cycle. Google states that certain Firebase Authentication backup data may take up to 180 days to be removed after deletion is initiated.

7. Your Privacy Rights and Data Deletion

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or request a portable copy of eligible information.

To request deletion of your ZShooter account and associated cloud data, visit our ZShooter data-deletion request page or email ifthekhar.mahmood@gmail.com with the subject "ZShooter Data Deletion Request." We may request limited information to verify that the request relates to the correct player profile. Deleting ZShooter data does not delete your Google account or Play Games profile; those are controlled separately by Google.

8. International Processing

Google and its service providers may process information on servers located outside your country. Where required, transfers are handled using recognized legal mechanisms and safeguards described in the applicable provider terms.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, including authenticated access and provider security controls, to protect information. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children's Privacy

ZShooter is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action. In regions with a higher minimum age for valid consent, users below that age should use the Game only with authorization from a parent or guardian.

11. External Links

The Game or this website may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of websites and services that we do not operate. Review their policies before providing information.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to ZShooter, our service providers, or applicable requirements. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes may also be communicated through the Game where appropriate.
